• 10 years’ experience coaching more than a 1,000 international students, mostly Chinese graduates and undergraduates, from all academic backgrounds, to get jobs in a wide range of industries. This includes: the Big 4, banking and investment banking, manufacturing, retail, media and technology.

• Sally has the cross cultural understanding and detailed knowledge of how global organizations recruit, the application processes and the skills needed to succeed in the compe11ve job market. She has a high success rate, resulting in many of her students receiving job offers from international companies including, PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, BDO, RSM, Grant Thornton, Accenture, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, BlackRock, Credit Suisse, Bloomberg, Intel, Jaguar Land Rover, Amazon, Thomson Reuters, Nielsens, Uniqlo, Burberry, the NHS and the UN - to name just a few.

• Sally began her career as a broadcast journalist, having trained with the BBC. She has spent 16+ years living and working in Japan and Hong Kong, China as a TV and radio presenter and journalist, interviewing CEOs, CFOs, Chairmen and financial professionals as well as politicians and world leaders.

• Sally’s background has given her the cross-cultural understanding, the empathy and the communication skills which are needed to bring the best out of all she coaches, giving her students the confidence and the skills to succeed in obtaining jobs.
